• Kanyakumari was incorrectly identified in the crossword puzzle clue as the "burial place" of Mahatma Ghandi. He was actually cremated and memorialized at Raj Ghat on the banks of the river Yamuna in Delhi, India. Most of his ashes were immersed in various rivers around the globe. There is a memorial in Kanyakumari, the Gandhi Mandapam, which memorializes the spot of the public viewing of his ashes before they were dispersed.
• According to the commentaries for Seven Minutes to Midnight and Kindred, the scenes supposedly taking place in Kanyakumari were in fact filmed at the same beach for scenes at the Costa Verde beach where Claire and West share their first kiss. According to Heroes Interactive, the location is Point Dume Beach in Malibu.
