Claude and Haram track down Rollo Fusor at a Côte d'Azur harbor, where he seems to be holding a man and woman hostage. Things go horribly wrong for die Firma agents when Haram is pushed off the docks next to Rollo Fusors Yacht.

With Claude's help, Haram staggeringly washes ashore in a Côte d'Azur harbor with only Pizet's dehydrated arm still handcuffed to him. Claude pries the arm out of the handcuff by breaking off the shoulder blade, and Rollo Fusor and his accomplice escape.
